Brassworks offers the following Return Policy: Brassworks is commited to providing the best merchandise from the finest manufacturers. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with any item you receive from our online store, call us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will then give you a return authorization and number. Item must be in original condition and packaging. Upon Brassworks receiving the item, a replacement or credit will be issued. Brassworks will not accept returns with out prior authorization. Damage in Shipping: Claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be made to the carrier promptly and the complete package retained for inspection. Claims for receipt of defective merchandise must be reported within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise. Authorized returns must have a return authorization number displayed on the outside of package. Brassworks will not accept returns without prior authorization. Backorder: If for any reason an item ordered is not available for immediate shipment, it will be place on back order. You will be notified of the expected shipping date. No charges will be made to your account until time of shipping. Shipping: All items are shipped UPS ground. If expedited shipping is needed, please call (410) 327-7280 and place order over phone. All in-stock items ordered before 2pm EST ship on same day. At this time, Brassworks ships to the continental US only. No foreign orders will be accepted.
